Technical specifications – pallet racking

Pallet racks consist of frames (uprights) and CC-type beams. The price shown is for a single-frame module. The frame depth is 1100 mm (110 cm), and the module length is 270 + 10 cm (2700 mm beams plus the upright profile).

Material and delivery

  • Material: all rack elements are made of S355 (St52) steel.
  • Frames: delivered pre-assembled, free of charge.
  • Safety pins: safety pins for the beams are included.
  • Floor anchors: optional, not included in the price; delivered and invoiced upon request. The installation manual specifies M10×90 anchors, 2 per upright foot.
  • Upright color: galvanized or navy blue, depending on the chosen variant.

Load capacity – CC-type beams

The permitted load is per level, i.e., per pair of beams (front and back), with the load distributed uniformly, depending on the beam length.

The variants available in the store use 2700 mm beams. Other lengths are shown for informational purposes.

Components

  • CC-type beams: width 50 mm, thickness 1.5 mm; hook onto the uprights and lock with safety pins.
  • Frame depth: 1100 mm.

Safe usage

  • Do not exceed the permitted load per level and distribute the load uniformly on the two beams.
  • Periodically check that all safety pins are installed and fully pressed.
  • Replace damaged or dented uprights, bracings, or beams immediately.
  • Do not climb on the racks.
