📦 Product warranty
The legal warranty is granted by Frameworks SRL according to GEO no. 140/2021 and Ordinance no. 21/1992. Details are included in the warranty certificate delivered with the product.
The warranty begins from the date of purchase, according to the original tax receipt, and is valid only based on it.
The customer is responsible for proper handling, transportation, storage and use. Any damage caused by failure to follow the instructions will be borne by the customer.
Products damaged by accidents, modifications or misuse are not covered by the warranty.
The commercial warranty may differ from the legal one, depending on the product. Details are specified in the warranty certificate.
Legal entities benefit from a 12-month commercial warranty. No warranty is granted for products used intensively (e.g. in restaurants, bars, swimming pools, etc.), for resale to end consumers or for rental .
